On April 1, Specially Appointed Lecturer Yulia Burenina became the first full-time faculty member of GJS-ERI.
Introductory Message
“My name is Yulia BURENINA, and I was hired as a Specially Appointed Lecturer for the Global Japanese Studies Education and Research Incubator on April 1, 2022. Prior to this appointment, I served as a jointly appointed faculty member for the Incubator Research Division while I was engaged in international student education at the Center for Japanese Language and Culture at Osaka University. In this capacity I have been involved in the organization of various research events, including international symposia and monthly workshops. I hope to continue contributing to the Incubator’s construction of an interdisciplinary and international academic platform that is open to researchers from all fields. I look forward to working with you.”
